How can I track my order?
Once your jewellery is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link on your email or WhatsApp. You can click on it anytime to check where your package is and when it’s likely to arrive.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We only offer exchanges if the jewellery is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To process an exchange, you must share an unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the sealed package and its contents while opening. Without this video, we cannot accept exchange requests. How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery safe by avoiding water, perfumes, and lotions while wearing it. Always wipe it gently with a soft cloth after use and store each piece separately in a pouch or box. Oxidized jewellery should not be polished, while anti-tarnish jewellery should be kept away from damp spaces. For detailed instructions, please refer to our jewellery care guide.
Do shipping charges change with the number of items?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹699. For orders below ₹699, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹60 across India, no matter the size or weight of the package.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
After placing an order, please allow 1–2 days for confirmation. Once confirmed, we process and dispatch your order within 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 days within India, depending on your location. For more details, please read our shipping policy.
