At Fagun by Falguni, we put a lot of love and care into every product we send out. Since we’re a small business, we’re currently not able to offer refunds or exchanges. We truly hope you’ll understand and support us in this.

However, your trust means the world to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we accept exchanges in the rare case that your product arrives damaged during delivery.

When an Exchange is Possible

  • If your order reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know within 12 hours of delivery.
  • To process an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the sealed package and its contents at the time of opening. This helps us verify the issue and take it up with our delivery partners.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, to qualify for an exchange.
